Payment for treatment will be expected on the day of the service. Jackson Pediatric Dentistry is not a primary provider for any insurance company; however, as a courtesy for our patients, we will file electronically with your insurance company and can accept assignment of benefit payments from most insurance companies. This will reduce your immediate, out-of pocket expenditures. We will estimate your portion, but it is only an estimate. If your insurance does not fully cover treatment, portions of bills unpaid by insurance remain the responsibility of the parent.
